The Rock Shop: Fossils, Gems & Tearoom
Halfway to the cliffs, the Rock Shop is a rainy-day winner and kid magnet. Displays mix local and global specimens—fossils, gemstones, shaped minerals—plus gifts and a café with home-baked cakes. The patio and much of the site nod to local craft with Liscannor stonework. It’s easy to weave into a morning loop (Well → Rock Shop → Harbour). Staff are great with children: ask for magnifiers and identification cards to turn it into a mini “treasure hunt.”
